For Meggie, real estate is not about sales; it’s an educational process. Whether she is working with a first- time buyer or a million dollar seller, she believes that it’s important to educate her clients and learn from their insights and experiences. Meggie has a diverse educational background and holds bachelor’s degrees in psychology and dance with a minor in justice studies from the University of New Hampshire, Durham, as well as a paralegal certification from Anne Arundel Community College, which enables her to understand contracts and explain them to her clients. She received her real estate license in 2016 and previously served as the vice president of operations for Grace Ryan Real Estate. Meggie also has extensive experience in marketing, social media, and real estate technologies, which allows her to market her clients’ homes virtually. She lives in Annapolis with her fiancé and three stepchildren and spends weekends during the warmer months in St. Michaels at their vacation home. A seasoned professional, Meggie is proud to work as an advisor for Engel & Völkers, a premier real estate company that offers a global presence, state of the art technology, creative marketing, constant improvement and change, and superior client service.
